Sheep ricotta is a fresh and high quality product. It is produced from sheep whey with addition of sheep milk. Ricotta derives from the latin word “recoctus” which means recooked; it is indeed a low fat dairy product with high nutritional properties and this is the result of a double cooking process. Our great care and wide experience in the manufacturing activity and our traditional artisanal methods make this product extremely soft and delicate. This smooth and creamy ricotta can be used in a huge variety of delicious dishes for endless sweet or savoury recipes!
