- 80 g Pascoli di Siena Vegetable Rennet
- 1 sandwich
- 80 g coppa di Cinta Senese (air-cured pork meat)
- dry tomatoes cream
Preparation:
Cut the sandwich in half, then lay the Pecorino and the coppa slices.
Top with some tomato cream drops, close and serve cold.
