An itinerary through the different areas of the dairy allows visitors to admire all the stages from production to the sale of the products.
To finish, you can taste 3 cheeses, crostini, La Pec ricotta and a glass of wine.

Price: € 25,00 per person.

Tour Pecorino toscano DOP

An itinerary through the different areas of the dairy allows visitors to admire all the stages from production to the sale of the products.
To finish, visitors can taste the Tagliere Toscano (Tuscan chopping board) with a selection of cold meats and cheeses, accompanied by a glass of wine.

Price: € 30,00 per person.

Tour Grotte

An itinerary through the different areas of the cheese factory to admire all the stages of production. We will then taste 5 cheeses, mozzarella, typical cold cuts, crostini, a glass of wine and a dessert.
To finish, we will move on to the maturing caves.

Price: € 45,00 per person.

Our educational tours are designed for schools and include visits to the departments. To make the tour even more engaging, children will participate in a hands-on workshop where, improvising as cheesemakers, they can make cheese.

FAQ

Yes, we have free parking available right in front of our store. And in case you arrive by a larger means of transportation such as a bus, we will open the gates of the dairy for you to stop in the company parking lot.  
The tour lasts about an hour, but if you have a specific schedule to adhere to just let us know in time and we will make a shorter tour that meets your needs.
Before going into production, we will provide you with a disposable kit that includes a cap, gown and overshoes, all to ensure hygiene during the visit.nFor your comfort, we recommend closed-toe shoes: we will be walking through rooms with about 10° and especially wet floors on the ground, but don’t be afraid your feet will still be protected by special socks!
Yes, you can bring your phone with you to take photos and videos. We just ask you to respect safety regulations and not to disturb the production process.
Absolutely yes, at the end of the visit you will have the opportunity to buy our cheeses and other products directly in our store.

Of course, once you have chosen the type of tour, purchased via a link we will send you (or if you prefer by bank transfer), you will receive a gift voucher by e-mail, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

The visit to the dairy alone is free of charge, but should you choose to stay and eat with one of the packages offered, you will pay the reduced price proposed for children up to 14 years of age.
Yes, a minimum number of 2 people is required to participate in the activity. Should you wish to visit us alone, we will try to find a solution on the day you request or on the first available date.
If the group is larger than 30 people, we prefer to divide it into two parts (the two groups will therefore start at least 10 minutes apart), in order to facilitate movement around the dairy, not to hinder the work of the operators and to give all participants a chance to hear and enjoy the tour!
No, by regulation, pets are not allowed inside the production facility.
Of course, we recommend using a baby carrier if possible, but prams can also be used if this is not possible.
