Ingredients
- 80 g Morbidoso Toscano
- 1 slice tuscan bread
- 50 g porcini mushrooms, stir-fried
- 50 g speck
Preparation:
Lay the Morbidoso cheese on one bread slice, then bake at 220 °C until cheese begins to melt. Next, remove from oven and top with the sautéd mushrooms and the speck. Serve warm.
